Understanding Health Care Reform
Hancock's own Dr. Deborah Sampson is a graduate of New Hampshire Technical Institute, UNH, Yale University and and was a National Institutes of Health Scholar in the History of Health Policy and Health Care Access at the University of Pennsylvania where she received her PhD in 2006. She has been a nurse educator, hospital administrator, regulatory compliance officer and practicing nurse for many years. She has worked in New Hampshire and 8 other states where she has seen the human and economic cost of the current health care "system" (or health business chaos as she has termed it) on people of all backgrounds in across the nation. She is currently a Robert Wood Johnson Scholar and Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan. Come hear Deb talk about health, economics, policy, history and the future of health care during this time of national debate and potential change .
