We Need Your Books!!

It's time once again to collect books, cd's, and dvd's for the annual Friends of the Hancock Town Library Book Sale - which always takes place the third weekend in August. Drop your donations off anytime the library's open (or we'll pick them up for you - just call us at 525-4411). The only items we do NOT take are the following: textbooks (no one wants your Psych 101 textbook from 1974), out-of-date computer, law, or medical books, Reader's Digest condensed books, or musty books. But everything else? Pack 'em up and bring 'em in! The money we raise from the book sale helps us put on programs for children and adults, buys us more books on CD and movies on DVD, allows us to purchase new technology and spiff up the place with new accoutrements like area rugs. Many thanks and hope to see you (and your books) soon!
