The Library Trustees meet the fourth Wednesday of the month at 1:00 pm in the Daniels Room.

Secretary’s report of September approved
Treasurer’s report for August, 2010 was approved. Amy will follow up with Chuck – questions about year to date line
Director’s Report:
- Trivia night planned as fund raiser. Local Gov Center says OK to serve alcohol. $15/person, $50 for four people. Nov. 13.
- Daniels Room policy will be changed to read: Alcohol may be served at library sponsored functions in the Daniels Room. Proposed wording will be voted on at the November 10 meeting.
- Gifts for 150th will be put into account under designated to 150th building fund. We want to maintain donor list. Amy will keep excel sheet and Mary will help with acknowledgements.
- Saturday night in the stacks was a terrific event with large attendance. Trustees will get back to a patron by mail about concerns.
Selectboard – warrant article – roof. This will be reviewed at November meeting.
We need to review best practices for volunteers. This will be done at November meeting.
Next meeting will be at 1 pm.
