Minutes of the Hancock Town Library Board of Trustees
June 24, 2009
Present: Laurie Bryan, Mary Garland, Amy Markus
Minutes: Minutes of the May 27, 2009 meeting were approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Accepted.
Director’s Report:
Amy talked about upcoming events for July and August, particularly Summer Reading Program events.
The trustees requested that Amy call Roberta LaPlante to see if the potholes on Tombstone Territory could be filled in or the road fixed again.
The trustees would like to meet with the select board after Peter Ryner completes his research into the deeds regarding Tombstone Territory.
Next meeting: Wednesday July 29, 2009 at 11:00 am.
Meeting adjourned at 12:00 pm.
